The Concours littéraire national, organised by the Ministry of Culture since 1978 aims to encourage national literary creation. The contest is open to Luxembourgish writers, or official residents of the Grand-Duchy writing in Luxembourgish, German, French or English. The Concours littéraire national focuses on a different genre each year.
