a-z.lu is the collective search engine for the Luxembourgish network of libraries known as bibnet.lu, of which the CNL is a member.
a-z.lu brings visibility to the material which Luxembourgish libraries and archives have on offer, whether it be digital or physical. a-z.lu holds over 1.2 million bibliographic notices in its collective catalogue. The digital database eluxemburgensia.lu offers online access to over 2 million newspaper and journal articles, available in their integrality. Users registered at the National Library of Luxembourg or at the University Library also have access to several databases, e-books, and scientific articles via findit.lu.
a-z.lu gives researchers the possibility to consult the CNL’s literary archive.
The creation of a-z.lu is part of the National Library of Luxembourg’s mission as coordinator of the national library network. The National Library is in charge of managing the information systems and their relevant tools for all the libraries in the network.
